Our school-based health clinics are open to all Tacoma Public Schools students. They provide both standard care and sports physicals during summer clinic hours. Sports physicals are required for all Tacoma Public Schools middle and high school students participating in school athletics.

Mount Tahoma High School clinic

• Open Aug. 3-Sept. 4, Mondays and Wednesdays only 7:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Lincoln High School clinic
Summer Hours

• Open Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7 a.m. – 4 p.m.

New to Lincoln is a mental health care provider who is accepting new patients and available one day a week. Call for an appointment 253-240-2160 at. Walk-ins accepted and seen as time allows. There may be a cost associated with receiving an exam

Silas High School free sports physicals event, August 19

Tacoma Public Schools students can receive a free sports physical provided by physicians from Madigan Army Hospital.

• Date: Wednesday, August 19
• Time: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
• Location: Silas High School, 1202 N. Orchard St., Tacoma
• Check-In: Main Office

Who Can Attend?
All Tacoma Public Schools middle school and high school students.

Important Information:

• Students under 18 years of age must have a Parent/Guardian Consent Form completed and signed before receiving a physical.
• Consent forms may be completed on the day of the physical by a parent or guardian.

What to Expect:

• Physicals will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Families should be prepared for possible wait times.
• Lines may form both inside and outside the building.
